Gallaher Fleet Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will provide essential support, contributing to smooth office operations and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics and preparing materials.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and other financial tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
