Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the transportation and logistics sector. Your goal will be to understand customer needs and promote our tailored fleet maintenance solutions, all while embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Build and nurture relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers, providing exceptional service and support to understand their needs.

- **Solution Promotion:** Present our fleet maintenance services, customizing solutions that demonstrate our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

- **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.

- **Ongoing Support:** Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term loyalty.

- **Market Awareness:** Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights that enhance our competitive positioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in fleet maintenance or related fields. Must have knowledge of repairs and maintenance for diesel trucks and trailers.

- Strong understanding of fleet operations and maintenance requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with effective time management and prioritization abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license required).

Education and Experience:

- Preferred degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Or equivalent experience related to this role.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a successful record of managing relationships and achieving targets.

Working Conditions:

- Frequent travel within your designated territory.

- Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate client schedules.

- Combination of office and field work environments.
